Timothy Rohm, PhD
 
Received his Doctorate in Organic Chemistry and is a retired Certified Industrial Hygienist. He is the founder of Industrial Hygiene Services, a health and safety consulting company in Silicon Valley.
 
Dr. Rohm was instrumental in developing the Toxic Gas Ordinance for Santa Clara County, the ordinance which is now the standard in the semiconductor industry.
 
He has specialized in monitoring toxic gases and has developed numerous monitoring protocols for high tech clients. Dr. Rohm also teaches occupational health & safety courses for the UC Santa Cruz Extension.
Linda Kincaid, MPH, CIH
 
Has a Master of Public Health (MPH) from U.C. Berkeley. She is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), the pinnacle certification for health and safety professionals.
 
Linda has been associated with Industrial Hygiene Services since 1990, serving the health and safety needs of high tech companies.
 
She now brings the latest indoor air monitoring technologies to residential clients. Ms. Kincaid has research interests in residential radon, radiation, and formaldehyde exposure.
